The pattern: the features that sell are the ones a buyer can hear or
see happening in under 30 seconds. Every top-five feature produces an observable event. Every bottom-five
feature requires an explanation. Lead with events. Explain later.
02
All 25 Features — Scripts & Angles
Every feature with the pain it kills, the money it saves, the hook line, and a shot-by-shot
recording script. Grouped by the six systems from Playbook 01 — always present them in this order.
Capture Nothing gets in without being caught.
01Unified Conversations Inbox▼
WHAT IT IS
One workspace for customer conversations across every connected channel, with all messages and calls tied to the contact record.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Five apps, five notification sounds, and no single view of a customer who messaged on Instagram, texted on Wednesday and called on Friday.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Saves 5–8 hours/week of app-switching · eliminates missed and duplicated replies
HOOK LINE
“Same customer. Three channels. Three strangers.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Open with five phone apps opening and closing, unread badges visible. Sound design matters — five different chimes.
Transition to the single Kyntlo inbox. Let the calm land.
Show conversations from four different sources in one list with channel icons.
Open one conversation and show the full customer history in the side panel — past bookings, payments, notes.
Reply from the inbox to a different channel than the one you are looking at.
Show assignment and internal notes so a team member can pick it up.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
This one sells on relief, not excitement. Slow the pacing and use calmer music. Additional idea: a shared team view with SLA timers showing how long each conversation has been waiting — highly persuasive for multi-site operators.
02Missed Opportunity Capture — Forms & Surveys▼
WHAT IT IS
Structured data capture for lead forms, qualification, intake, consent, feedback and questionnaires, feeding straight into contacts and automations.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Paper intake forms, clipboards, and data typed in twice. Patients arrive and spend 15 minutes filling things in.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Saves 1–3 hours/week of admin · speeds clinic throughput · improves data quality
HOOK LINE
“They filled the form before they arrived. Reception already knew everything.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show a patient or customer receiving the form link by text after booking.
Complete it on a phone on camera — show how short and mobile-friendly it is.
Cut to the contact record: the answers are already attached before the appointment.
Show conditional logic — different questions based on an earlier answer.
Show the automation that chases anyone who has not completed it 24 hours before their appointment.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Additional ideas: consent capture with timestamps (critical for clinics and med spas, and a compliance selling point); post-service feedback surveys that route unhappy responses to the owner privately and happy ones to a review request.
03Funnels & Websites▼
WHAT IT IS
Drag-and-drop landing pages and full websites that route visitors into forms, booking, payment or follow-up journeys.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
A website that is a brochure, not a machine — no capture, no follow-up, no connection to anything else.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Replaces $29–$297/month of website and funnel tooling · launches campaigns in hours not weeks
HOOK LINE
“Your website looks great. What does it actually do when someone lands on it?”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Start on the finished page, on a phone. Show the outcome before the tool.
Submit the form on camera and show what fires: the SMS, the CRM record, the pipeline entry.
Cut to the builder. Move one section to prove the ease, then leave — do not tour the builder.
Show the analytics for that page: visitors, conversion rate, source.
Show the same page duplicated and rewritten for a second niche in under a minute.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Never demo the builder for more than 20 seconds — buyers do not want to build, they want it built. Additional idea: pre-built vertical templates (clinic, salon, home services) that let you deploy a complete campaign in a day — also an internal speed advantage for your own onboarding.
04Contacts & Customer Records▼
WHAT IT IS
The central record for every lead and customer: identity, custom fields, tags, notes and full interaction history.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Customer knowledge lives in a person's head, a phone's contact list, and three notebooks. When that person leaves, it goes with them.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Foundation for everything else · eliminates duplicate work and lost history
HOOK LINE
“What happens to everything you know about your customers if your receptionist leaves?”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Open a rich contact record with real history — blurred.
Scroll the timeline: every call, message, booking, payment and review in one thread.
Show custom fields relevant to the vertical (last treatment, vehicle, pet breed, policy renewal date).
Show tags and segments, then filter the database by one to show a targetable audience.
Show the export button — this is a trust moment. Their data, always theirs.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
The export button is worth showing explicitly; data-hostage fear is real and demonstrating the exit reduces it. Additional idea: automatic profile enrichment from conversations — the AI updating fields based on what a customer said on a call.
05Ad Manager▼
WHAT IT IS
Centralised workspace to create, manage and track paid campaigns across major ad platforms, connected to CRM outcomes.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Ad spend goes out, leads come in, and nobody can trace which ad produced which booked job.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Replaces separate ad tooling · closes the loop between spend and revenue
HOOK LINE
“You know your cost per lead. Do you know your cost per booked job?”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show the campaign list with spend and results.
Click one campaign and trace it through to actual leads in the CRM.
Follow one lead all the way to a booked, paid appointment — this closed loop is the whole point.
Show cost per lead versus cost per booked job side by side.
Show launching a campaign from a template.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Only demo this to buyers already spending on ads; to everyone else it is noise. Additional idea: automatic pausing of ad sets whose leads are not converting to bookings — an outcome-based optimisation nobody else offers at this level.
Respond Something intelligent answers, in seconds, on any channel.
06AI Voice Agent▼
WHAT IT IS
An AI phone agent that answers or places calls, holds a natural conversation, captures information, answers questions, books appointments, transfers to a human, and triggers follow-up actions.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
The phone rings when nobody can answer it — after hours, during a rush, mid-job. Every one of those calls is a customer choosing someone else.
“Your phone rang at 8:41pm. Do you know who it was?”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Set the scene: show a phone on a desk, business hours clearly over, clock or timestamp visible.
Dial the business number on camera. Do not cut. The unbroken take is the proof.
Split-screen: the phone on one side, the live transcript building in Kyntlo on the other. Highlight window follows the transcript line by line.
Let the whole conversation play. Do not talk over it. Silence from the narrator is what makes it credible.
Cut to the calendar. Zoom on the new appointment appearing, with the time and the customer name (blurred).
Cut to the contact record showing the call summary, the transcript, and the tags applied automatically.
Close on the phone showing the confirmation SMS that went to the customer.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Sell it as a night shift, not a feature. Additional angles: outbound calling for reactivation campaigns; overflow answering during peak hours; multilingual answering (Arabic and English on the same number) — a genuine differentiator in Gulf markets that competitors cannot easily match.
07Missed Call Text-Back▼
WHAT IT IS
An automatic SMS sent the moment an inbound call is missed, giving the caller an instant way to continue the conversation by text.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
A missed call becomes a voicemail nobody checks, and the caller has already dialled the next business on the list.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Recovers 20–30% of missed calls · costs under $0.02 per message · fastest ROI in the platform
HOOK LINE
“Missed call. Twelve seconds later, they got a text.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show two phones side by side — caller and business — or a phone and the Kyntlo inbox.
Call and decline. Start a visible on-screen timer at the moment of decline.
Hold on the caller's phone. Let the timer run. The wait is the drama.
Text arrives. Freeze frame on the timer. Show the elapsed seconds large on screen.
The caller replies. Show the conversation continuing in the Kyntlo unified inbox.
Show the setup screen — how few clicks it takes to configure. This kills the 'sounds complicated' objection.
End card: the cost per message versus the value of the job.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Extend this into a bigger idea: a Missed Opportunity Alert that texts back on missed calls, unanswered form fills, and abandoned bookings — the same mechanic applied to three different leaks. Also worth building: an escalation rule that alerts the owner directly for calls from existing high-value customers.
08AI Chat Assistant▼
WHAT IT IS
A conversational AI that responds across web chat, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and SMS — answering questions, capturing information, assisting with booking, and handing off to a person when needed.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
DMs and web chats pile up overnight and get answered badly the next morning, by which point the customer has booked elsewhere.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Recovers 4–8 hours/week · typically 6+ additional bookings/week from after-hours enquiries
HOOK LINE
“She messaged at 11pm. She booked somewhere else at 11:20.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Open on a real Instagram DM inbox with unread messages and late timestamps.
Send a realistic buyer question from a second phone: pricing, availability, or 'do you do X?'
Cut to the Kyntlo conversation view. Highlight window on the incoming message.
Show the AI drafting and sending. Put an on-screen timer on the response — the speed is the story.
Continue the conversation with a follow-up question to prove it is not a canned reply.
Show the escalation: ask something it should not answer, and show it handing to a human with a notification.
Show the knowledge base screen briefly — where the answers come from — to prove it is trained, not guessing.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
The escalation demo is more persuasive than the answering demo, because the buyer's real fear is the AI saying something wrong. Show the guardrail and you remove the objection. Additional angle: an after-hours mode with a different tone and an explicit 'we'll confirm in the morning' promise.
09AI Speed-to-Lead▼
WHAT IT IS
Detects a new enquiry from any source and immediately starts a contextual, personalised follow-up on the right channel, then routes the lead toward booking.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Leads are contacted hours later with a generic message, by which point intent has collapsed.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Conversion lift of 15–20 percentage points on inbound leads · $1,200–$2,000/month
HOOK LINE
“Reply in a minute and you’re the front runner. Reply in four hours and you’re a follow-up.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Fill in the business's own web form on camera with a realistic enquiry. Start a timer.
Split screen: the lead's phone and the Kyntlo activity feed.
Show the SMS or WhatsApp arriving, referencing the specific thing they typed in the form — not a template.
Freeze on the elapsed time. Compare to an on-screen stat about typical industry response times.
Show the follow-up ladder: what happens at 2 hours, at 24 hours, at day 3 if there is no reply.
Show the lead converting to a booking, and the pipeline stage updating automatically.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
The most powerful version of this demo is running it on the prospect's own website live during a call and letting the silence do the work. Additional idea: a public Speed-to-Lead Scorecard tool on the website where any business can test their own response time — an outstanding lead magnet.
Convert Intent becomes a confirmed, paid appointment.
10AI Appointment Booking Bot▼
WHAT IT IS
Turns natural-language intent into a confirmed appointment through chat or voice, checking real availability without sending the customer to a booking page.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Every extra step between 'I'm interested' and 'I'm booked' loses roughly a fifth of people. Links, forms and callbacks are all extra steps.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Higher booking completion than link-based flows · removes 3–5 hours/week of phone scheduling
HOOK LINE
“She never left the conversation. She just got booked.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Start the conversation on WhatsApp with vague intent — 'do you have anything Saturday?' — not a clean request.
Show the AI checking real availability and offering two specific times.
Accept one in casual language ('2 works') to prove it handles natural speech.
Show the confirmation message and the calendar updating side by side.
Demonstrate a reschedule from within the same thread — this is the moment most buyers did not expect.
Show the reminder sequence that is now automatically attached to that appointment.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Sell the absence of steps, not the presence of AI. Additional ideas: waitlist handling that automatically fills a cancelled slot from a queue; and multi-staff routing where the customer names a preferred person and the bot books that person's calendar.
11Calendars & Smart Booking▼
WHAT IT IS
Online scheduling with availability rules, appointment types, buffers, staff routing, calendar sync, reminders and reschedule handling.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Scheduling ping-pong, double bookings, no-shows, and a front desk that spends its day on the phone moving appointments.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Reduces no-shows from ~25% to ~10% · saves 3–5 hours/week · $720+/month recovered
HOOK LINE
“28% of your appointments don’t show up. That’s a reminder problem.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show the customer-facing booking view first, on a phone, not the admin view. Buyers care about their customer's experience.
Book an appointment on camera in under 20 seconds.
Cut to admin: show availability rules, buffers between appointments, and staff assignment.
Show the reminder sequence attached: confirmation, 24-hour, morning-of.
Demonstrate a reschedule from the customer's side — no phone call needed.
Show the no-show workflow: what fires automatically when someone does not turn up.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Always demo the reminder chain, never just the calendar. The calendar is commodity; the no-show reduction is the product. Additional idea: a deposit-on-booking option for high-no-show verticals — a single toggle that changes the economics of a salon or clinic.
12Opportunities & Sales Pipelines▼
WHAT IT IS
Visual deal and case tracking that moves opportunities through configurable stages with values, owners and automated follow-up.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Quotes and enquiries live in someone's head or inbox. Nobody knows what is stuck or for how long.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Recovers 20–30% of stalled quotes · typically $2,000+/month in re-engaged deals
HOOK LINE
“You sent the quote 30 days ago. Nobody followed up.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Open the pipeline board. Let the visual land for two seconds before speaking.
Drag a deal between stages and show the automation firing as it moves.
Filter to deals untouched for more than 7 days — this is the moment the buyer recognises their own business.
Show the automatic follow-up that triggers on a stalled deal.
Show the pipeline value total and the forecast view.
Show one contact record with the full history attached to the deal.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Frame it as 'the deals you forgot', not 'sales pipeline management'. Additional idea: a Stale Deal Rescue automation that fires a personalised AI-written message on any quote untouched for five days — packageable as its own sellable system (see New Systems below).
13Payments & Invoicing▼
WHAT IT IS
One-time and recurring payments, invoices, payment links, subscriptions, and financial activity tied to customer records.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Invoices get created at 10pm, sent late, and chased manually. Cash flow suffers for administrative reasons.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Saves 2–4 hours/week · typically cuts payment time from 3 weeks to under 5 days
HOOK LINE
“Job’s done. The invoice went out before you got back in the van.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Mark a job or appointment complete on camera.
Show the invoice generating automatically and sending — no manual step.
Show the customer's view: the payment link on a phone, paying in three taps.
Show the payment landing in the dashboard and the contact record updating.
Show the automatic dunning sequence for unpaid invoices.
Show a recurring subscription being set up for a membership or retainer client.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Additional ideas worth packaging: deposit collection at booking (transforms no-show economics); payment plans for high-ticket services; and automatic late-payment reminders that most small businesses are too polite to send themselves.
Retain The customer comes back without being chased.
14AI Reactivation Campaigns▼
WHAT IT IS
Identifies inactive, stalled or overdue contacts and launches contextual, personalised outreach to restart the relationship.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Hundreds of past customers sit dormant. Nobody notices them leaving and nobody asks them back.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Typically 3% of a dormant list rebooks · $2,250/month on a 500-contact database · zero ad spend
HOOK LINE
“There are 400 old customers in your phone. Twelve would book this week if someone asked.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Open the database and filter to contacts with no activity in 60+ days. Show the count large on screen.
Open one contact and show their last service and date.
Show the AI composing a message that references that specific service — not a generic blast. This distinction is the entire pitch.
Send it. Cut to the reply arriving and the booking being made.
Cut to the campaign dashboard: contacts messaged, replies, bookings, revenue.
Close on the revenue figure with the ad spend shown as zero.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
This is your single best closing tool and the basis of the $500 Revenue Recovery Sprint. Additional systems to package: churn-signal detection for membership businesses (flag members whose attendance dropped before they cancel); cycle-based reactivation timed to each customer's own natural return interval rather than a fixed calendar date.
15Memberships & Courses▼
WHAT IT IS
Gated digital content, courses, lessons, offers and controlled access, with one-time or recurring billing.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Expertise and programmes have no product form. One-time buyers never become recurring revenue.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Converts one-time customers into $50–$300/month recurring · replaces $99–$399/month of course tooling
HOOK LINE
“She came once for Botox. She could have been a member.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show the member's view first: logging in, seeing their programme, progress tracked.
Show the purchase flow — how a customer buys and gets instant access.
Cut to admin: building a course or membership tier in a few steps.
Show the recurring billing and the member management view.
Show the onboarding automation that fires when someone joins.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
For med spas and clinics, reframe entirely as 'treatment memberships' rather than 'courses' — same feature, completely different sale. Additional idea: certificates on completion for training businesses, and a client portal for professional services.
16Communities▼
WHAT IT IS
Private groups where members interact through posts, discussions and shared spaces.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Member communities live in chaotic WhatsApp groups that nobody can moderate, search or monetise.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Measurably reduces churn in membership businesses · cuts support load through peer answering
HOOK LINE
“Your members are in a WhatsApp group with 400 unread messages. That’s not a community.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show the community feed with posts, replies and members — populated, not empty.
Show a challenge or a group programme running inside it.
Show moderation and member management on the admin side.
Show the link between a membership purchase and automatic community access.
Show the engagement automation: welcome post, introduction prompt, inactivity nudge.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Unexpectedly strong for gyms, studios and coaching — demo it to those verticals even though it is low on the general ranking. Additional idea: a client-only community for your own Kyntlo users, which reduces your support load and raises your own retention.
17Workflows & Business Automation▼
WHAT IT IS
The trigger-and-action engine coordinating messages, CRM updates, appointments, pipeline changes, payments and tasks.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Critical steps depend on someone remembering. Under pressure, memory fails first.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Underpins every other saving in the platform · replaces $29–$199/month of automation tooling
HOOK LINE
“The follow-up nobody sends is the cheapest revenue in your business.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Do not open the builder first. Open with the outcome — a customer receiving a perfectly timed message.
Then reveal the workflow behind it, zoomed out, as a shape.
Zoom into one branch and explain it in plain language: 'if they don't reply in two hours, then this'.
Show the execution log — real runs, real timestamps. This proves it is running, not theoretical.
Show a template being applied rather than built from scratch.
Close on the outcome again, not the diagram.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
The cardinal error is opening on the canvas — it makes owners feel stupid and makes the product feel like work. Always outcome first, mechanism second, outcome again. Additional idea: publish a library of pre-built vertical workflow packs as a downloadable lead magnet.
Amplify The business becomes visible and trusted.
18Reputation Management▼
WHAT IT IS
Requesting, monitoring and displaying customer reviews across connected platforms.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Hundreds of happy customers, eleven reviews — because nobody ever asks.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Typically +20–30 reviews/year · measurable local search lift · replaces $199–$499/month tooling
Open on their real Google listing with its actual review count. Uncomfortable and effective.
Show the automatic request firing after a completed job or appointment.
Show the customer's phone receiving it and how few taps it takes to leave a review.
Show the review landing in the Kyntlo dashboard.
Show the review widget embedded on a website.
Show the monitoring view across multiple platforms.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Compliance point to state on camera: requests go to every customer, not just the happy ones. Review gating is against Google's policy and consumer law in several markets — saying so publicly builds trust. Additional idea: a Reputation Scorecard lead magnet that audits any business's review presence against local competitors.
19AI Review Responder▼
WHAT IT IS
AI-generated review replies, either suggested for approval or published automatically according to rules.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Reviews sit unanswered for weeks, which visibly signals an inattentive business to every future customer.
“That five-star review from March still has no reply.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show a real unanswered review, ideally an old one.
Show the AI drafting a reply that references the specific detail in the review.
Approve and publish on camera.
Show a negative review and how it is handled: drafted carefully, escalated to a human, never auto-published.
Show the rules: which star ratings auto-publish, which require approval.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
The negative-review handling is the important demo, not the positive one. It is where the buyer's fear lives. Additional idea: sentiment tracking over time as an owner-level report.
20Social Planner▼
WHAT IT IS
Centralised calendar for drafting, scheduling, publishing and tracking social content across connected platforms.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Posting happens when there is time, which is never. Content is inconsistent and platform-by-platform.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Saves 2–4 hours/week · replaces separate scheduling tooling
HOOK LINE
“When did you last post? Be honest.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show the content calendar populated for a month. The visual of a full calendar is the pitch.
Schedule one post to three platforms at once on camera.
Show the media library where a before/after photo becomes a post in two clicks.
Show the performance view per platform.
Show AI drafting the caption for a photo that was just uploaded.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
For salons, med spas, restaurants and pet services, connect it directly to their existing photo habit — they already take before/after shots and do nothing with them. Additional idea: an auto-queue that pulls approved client photos straight from the job completion workflow into the posting queue.
21AI Content Creation▼
WHAT IT IS
AI generation of marketing copy — social posts, emails, blog content, page copy and message variations — aligned to a defined brand voice.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Nothing gets written because writing is the thing everyone postpones.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Saves 3–5 hours/week of writing · keeps channels active without a marketer
HOOK LINE
“You don’t need a copywriter. You need something written.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show the brand voice settings first — this is what makes it different from a generic chatbot.
Generate a social caption for a real service and show it matching their tone.
Generate an email for a promotion.
Show editing and approval — human in the loop, always.
Show it publishing straight into the social planner.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Show the brand voice configuration or this looks like a generic AI wrapper. Additional idea: a monthly content pack generated automatically from the business's own bookings data — 'you did 40 balayages last month, here are four posts about it'.
22AI Image Creation▼
WHAT IT IS
AI generation and editing of visual assets from natural-language prompts, for campaigns, social content and pages.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Businesses with nothing to photograph — law firms, consultants, cleaners, financial advisors — have no visuals and therefore no content.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Removes the 'we have nothing to post' block entirely · replaces stock imagery and design costs
HOOK LINE
“A law firm has nothing to photograph. That’s not a reason to be invisible.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
State the problem first: show a business type with no natural photo supply.
Generate a branded graphic from a plain-language prompt on camera.
Show iteration — changing the prompt and getting a better result.
Show it applied: as a social post, as an ad creative, on a landing page.
Show the brand colours and style being applied consistently.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
Target this specifically at the no-photo verticals: legal, financial, cleaning, coaching, B2B services. It is a niche feature with disproportionate value to those buyers. Additional idea: a branded template set so every generated image is recognisably theirs.
See The owner knows what is working and what it cost.
23Reporting Dashboard▼
WHAT IT IS
Consolidated reporting across funnels, appointments, pipelines, ads, payments, calls and AI activity.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
The owner has no idea which channel produces revenue, and builds the weekly report by hand.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Saves 1–2 hours/week · exposes where budget is wasted
HOOK LINE
“Which of your marketing channels actually made money last month?”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Open the dashboard with real, populated data. Empty dashboards kill demos.
Walk one number: bookings this month, then click into where they came from.
Show attribution: the source of each booking.
Show the AI activity view — how many conversations and calls it handled.
Show a report being scheduled to email automatically.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
For agencies, this is a top-three feature because client reporting is their most hated task — sell it to them differently than to owners. Additional idea: a monthly automated Owner's Report emailed as a branded PDF with plain-language commentary generated by AI.
24AI Call Insights▼
WHAT IT IS
Converts calls into transcripts, summaries, outcomes and sentiment signals, and triggers post-call automation.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
What was said on a call lives only in one person's memory. Promises get forgotten and coaching is impossible.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Eliminates note-taking · surfaces objections and training gaps · protects against disputes
HOOK LINE
“What did your team actually promise that customer on Tuesday?”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Show a completed call in the log with its recording.
Show the transcript, then the AI summary above it.
Show the extracted outcomes: next steps, objections raised, sentiment.
Show a workflow triggering from something said in the call.
Show the search: find every call where a specific word or objection was mentioned. This is the moment that impresses.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
The searchable-transcripts demo is the strongest part — it turns calls into a database. Additional ideas: an objection report showing the top five reasons prospects said no this month, and coaching scorecards for teams with multiple people on the phone.
25AI Workflow Builder▼
WHAT IT IS
A natural-language assistant that generates and edits complete workflows from a plain description of the process.
THE PAIN IT KILLS
Automation gets abandoned because building it requires technical confidence most owners do not have.
MONEY & HOURS SAVED
Cuts automation build time dramatically · makes complex setup accessible
HOOK LINE
“Describe what you want to happen. It builds it.”
HOW TO RECORD IT — STEP BY STEP
Type a plain-language request on camera: 'when someone books, confirm, remind them the day before, and ask for a review after'.
Show the workflow being generated. Do not speed this up — the generation is the spectacle.
Edit it conversationally: 'also text me if they cancel'.
Show the review step before publishing — human check required.
Show it running live with a test contact.
ADDITIONAL ANGLES & IDEAS
This is an agency and partner feature more than an owner feature. Use it in partner recruitment content. Additional idea: a public workflow gallery where users share and import each other's automations — strong community and SEO value.

12 New Packaged Systems
Twelve systems you can sell today without building anything new — each is a
combination of capabilities you already have, given a name, a price and a promise. This is the highest-leverage
product marketing available to you: packaging is cheaper than engineering and sells faster.
Why naming matters: “Voice AI plus chat plus booking plus missed-call
text-back” is a feature list a buyer must assemble themselves. “The Night Shift” is a product they
already understand. Same capability, entirely different conversation, and it lets you charge for the build rather
than defend a subscription price.
Everything that answers after hours, packaged and sold as one thing. Configured with an after-hours tone, an explicit AI disclosure, escalation rules, and a morning summary of everything that happened overnight.
HOOK LINE
“You already have a day team. This is the night shift.”
PRICE SHAPE
$800–$1,500 build + Pro plan
WHO BUYS IT
Every owner-operated business, especially home services, clinics and restaurants
WHY IT MATTERS
The single most sellable package you can build. It has a name people understand, a clear boundary, and it answers the 8pm question directly. Lead your entire product marketing with this.
N02Revenue Recovery Sprint▼
BUILT FROM
Reactivation + AI Content + Payments + Reporting
WHAT IT IS
A fixed one-week campaign run against a client's dormant database, with a reported outcome: contacts messaged, replies, bookings, revenue generated.
HOOK LINE
“Give me your old customer list and one week.”
PRICE SHAPE
$500 flat, or 10–15% of recovered revenue
WHO BUYS IT
Any business with 300+ past customers
WHY IT MATTERS
Your best sales instrument. It converts skeptics because it produces evidence before commitment, and every sprint generates a case study automatically. Run this as a standalone offer even to businesses that never buy the subscription.
N03The No-Show Killer▼
BUILT FROM
Calendars + Reminders + Deposits + Reactivation + Forms
WHAT IT IS
A complete anti-no-show system: confirmation, staged reminders, optional deposit at booking, intake forms completed in advance, automatic rebooking outreach for anyone who misses.
HOOK LINE
“From 28% to 11% in six weeks.”
PRICE SHAPE
$600–$1,200 build
WHO BUYS IT
Clinics, dental, med spas, salons, physio, chiropractic
WHY IT MATTERS
Sell this to clinics before you sell them anything else. It is measurable, it is the pain they name first, and it produces a before/after number within six weeks — which becomes your next case study.
A configured system with a published internal SLA: every enquiry from any channel receives a meaningful, personalised response within 60 seconds, with a dashboard proving it.
HOOK LINE
“Every lead. Under sixty seconds. Measured.”
PRICE SHAPE
$800–$1,500 build
WHO BUYS IT
Agencies, real estate, home services, high-ticket services
WHY IT MATTERS
Package a measurable promise, not a feature. Agencies buy this on behalf of their clients because it solves their blame problem. The dashboard proving compliance is what makes it sellable.
Everything a receptionist does, systemised: answering, booking, rescheduling, intake, payment, and reminders — with a human escalation path.
HOOK LINE
“Less than a third the cost of a part-time receptionist, and it works nights.”
PRICE SHAPE
$1,500–$2,500 build + Pro
WHO BUYS IT
Clinics, salons, small practices, studios
WHY IT MATTERS
Price it against a salary, never against software. The comparison is what closes it. Be careful with the language — 'gives your front desk their day back' converts better than 'replaces your receptionist' and avoids an unnecessary fight.
A closed loop that requests reviews after every job, drafts replies, routes unhappy feedback privately to the owner, and publishes the best reviews as social content automatically.
HOOK LINE
“Six hundred customers. Eleven reviews. Let’s fix that in ninety days.”
PRICE SHAPE
$500–$1,000 build
WHO BUYS IT
Every local business — universally applicable
WHY IT MATTERS
The most universally sellable add-on you have, because every local business is under-reviewed and knows it. Also compounds: reviews drive local search, which drives inbound, which drives more reviews.
N07The Stale Deal Rescue▼
BUILT FROM
Pipelines + Speed-to-Lead + AI Content + Call Insights
WHAT IT IS
Automatically detects quotes and opportunities untouched beyond a threshold and fires a personalised, non-pushy follow-up sequence referencing the original conversation.
HOOK LINE
“Half of all deals close after the fourth contact. Most businesses stop at the first.”
PRICE SHAPE
$400–$800 build
WHO BUYS IT
Home services, roofing, property, B2B services, agencies
WHY IT MATTERS
An excellent second sale to an existing client at month two, once they trust you. Also produces fast, attributable revenue, which makes the upsell conversation easy.
Med spas, gyms, studios, coaches, chiropractic, pet services
WHY IT MATTERS
This changes the client's business model, not just their software — which makes it the highest-value and stickiest thing you can sell. A client on a membership model will never leave you.
N09The Owner's Report▼
BUILT FROM
Reporting + Call Insights + Content AI + Attribution
WHAT IT IS
A branded monthly PDF, generated automatically and emailed to the owner, with plain-language commentary: what happened, what it earned, what needs attention.
HOOK LINE
“One page a month. Everything you need to know.”
PRICE SHAPE
$200/month add-on
WHO BUYS IT
Every client — especially multi-site and agency-managed
WHY IT MATTERS
A retention weapon disguised as a report. A client who receives a monthly document showing the value they received does not churn. It also creates a natural monthly upsell conversation.
N10Multilingual Front Door▼
BUILT FROM
Voice Agent + Chat Assistant + Content AI
WHAT IT IS
AI agents that detect and respond in Arabic or English on the same number and the same inbox, with correct tone for each.
HOOK LINE
“Answer in the language they called in.”
PRICE SHAPE
$500 add-on to any AI build
WHO BUYS IT
Gulf market, Egypt, and any multicultural Western city
WHY IT MATTERS
A genuine competitive advantage that US-built platforms cannot easily match, and a strong reason for a Dubai or Riyadh business to choose you over an American alternative. Make this a headline feature of your Gulf marketing.
N11Compliance-Ready AI▼
BUILT FROM
Voice Agent + Chat + Forms + Contacts + Reporting
WHAT IT IS
AI agents deployed with disclosure statements, consent capture, call-recording notices, data-retention rules and an audit trail — documented for GDPR and the EU AI Act.
HOOK LINE
“AI that your lawyer is comfortable with.”
PRICE SHAPE
$400 add-on · required for EU clients
WHO BUYS IT
Clinics, legal, financial, and all EU/UK clients
WHY IT MATTERS
Turn a compliance obligation into a premium feature. In regulated verticals this is not a cost — it is the reason they choose you over a cheaper competitor who cannot document any of it.
A configuration built specifically for agencies managing multiple clients: consolidated reporting, per-client pipelines, reusable workflow templates, and ad-to-revenue attribution.
HOOK LINE
“Stop building client reports by hand.”
PRICE SHAPE
Partner tier · free with partner status
WHO BUYS IT
Marketing and web agencies — your partner channel
WHY IT MATTERS
This is not primarily a revenue product — it is a partner-recruitment tool. Give it away to partners and they bring you clients. The economics work out heavily in your favour.

Readiness & What Sales Can Promise
Your internal inventory correctly marks every feature TBD pending audit. That audit is a
month-6 milestone in Playbook 02. Here is how to run it and, until then, what sales is allowed to promise.

Can sales promise it?

Yes — only with the configuration scope and prerequisites stated out loud
Access confirmed · configuration checklist exists · dependencies and effort known
Planned
Not ready for commercial commitment
No — roadmap only
Owner, target scope and validation plan exist
The audit gate — all seven must pass before anything is marked Available Now
Task checklist
✓Access: the required feature access is enabled on the relevant plan tier.
✓Dependencies: phone, email, calendar, social, ads, payment and AI prerequisites are documented.
✓Configuration: a repeatable setup checklist or template exists.
✓Quality: a real end-to-end test has passed, including edge cases and human handoff.
✓Commercials: cost, rebilling, usage fees and any client-funded spend are known and published.
✓Compliance: consent, messaging, recording, AI disclosure and ad-platform constraints are documented.
✓Go-to-market: a demo path, a marketable promise, a stated limitation and a named support owner all exist.
The rule that prevents your worst possible failure: a feature existing
technically is not the same as Kyntlo being able to deliver it reliably. Selling something that has not passed
this gate produces a refund, a bad review, and a churned client — which costs far more than the deal was worth.
When in doubt, sell what is proven and mention the rest as roadmap.
What sales can say before the audit is complete
Situation
Say this
Never say this
Feature you have demoed successfully many times
“Yes — I’ll show you it running right now.”
—
Feature that works but needs setup
“Yes, and it needs [X] connected first. That’s part of the build we’ll do in week one.”
“Yes, it just works out of the box.”
Feature you have not personally tested
“Let me confirm exactly how that works for your setup and come back to you today.”
“Yes, definitely.”
Feature that is genuinely roadmap
“That’s on the roadmap and not something I’d ask you to buy on today.”
“It’s coming very soon.”
“Let me confirm and come back to you today” loses zero deals and prevents every
delivery disaster. Nobody has ever cancelled a contract because a salesperson was careful.
The AI chat agent — what it may sell, and where it stops
From this cycle the agent qualifies and asks for the booking instead of only answering. That makes it a salesperson, so the same readiness rules apply to it as to a human.
The agent may
The agent may never
Ask what they run, where the enquiries leak, and how many they lose
Quote a price, a discount or an average deal size — pricing questions get the published page
Handle the three commonest objections from the objection library
Promise any feature that is not on the readiness one-pager
Make one clear ask: book the Growth Audit
Argue, or keep going after a complaint — it escalates instead
Escalate to Ahmed with the full transcript on buying intent, a pricing question, a complaint, or a request for a human
Name the underlying vendor or platform, to anyone, ever
Fifteen minutes. An escalation is a warm lead, and a warm lead that waits four hours is a cold one. Ahmed takes every escalation inside the SLA, and every escalation is logged so the reasons get reviewed monthly.

The Campaign — The 8pm Problem
The core question
“What happens to your business at 8pm?”
Every post in this campaign is a variation on that question. It works because it is not about software — it
is about a specific, uncomfortable, undeniable moment every owner recognises. The phone rang. Nobody answered.
That is the whole campaign.
Why this beats a feature campaign
Feature campaigns ask people to care about your product. Problem campaigns ask people to care about themselves.
The 8pm Problem gives every scroller a reason to stop — they are picturing their own phone — and it makes
the product the answer rather than the subject.
It also gives you an eight-week narrative arc instead of twenty-four disconnected
posts, which is what makes an audience follow rather than just watch.
The narrative arc
Weeks

What the audience feels
What we publish
1–2
The Problem
‘That’s me.’
The leak, quantified. Missed calls, dead DMs, ghosted quotes. No product yet.
3–4
The Proof
‘Wait — that’s real?’
Screen recordings of the AI answering, booking, reactivating. Show, do not tell.
5–6
The Math
‘I’m paying how much?’
The $2,488 table, the hours saved, the revenue recovered.
7–8
The People
‘I trust these guys.’
Founders, case studies, client voices, behind the scenes.
The one rule for the whole campaign: never post a feature without the pain
it kills and the number it changes. Feature + pain + number, every time. A feature alone is a brochure.

The 8-Week Calendar
A post every 48 hours — 28 posts across the eight weeks, on campaign days 1, 3, 5, 7 and so on to day 55. Four posts one week, three the next, alternating. Plus daily stories and comment engagement. Same schedule on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook; LinkedIn takes the two most substantial posts of each week.
This cadence cannot be fed twice a month. Fourteen posts a fortnight means a weekly batch day, not a fortnightly one. If the batch day slips, the calendar slips — there is no slack built into a 48-hour rhythm.

The 28 Posts
Twenty-four posts. Click any one to open the full brief: what the viewer sees, why it exists, the
voiceover script, the caption, the CTA, the hashtags and the first comment. Everything is copy-ready.
Voiceover direction for every post: energetic and optimistic, slightly faster
than conversational, warm rather than salesy. Music audible underneath. Highlight window on whatever is being
explained, the rest of the screen dimmed. Every voiceover closes on “Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.”
Open on a dark, closed shop front. A phone lights up on the counter, ringing. It rings out. Cut to black. Text on screen: “8:41pm. Nobody answered.” Then the same shop, phone rings, screen shows a live AI transcript booking the job. End card: Kyntlo wordmark, ‘Own Tomorrow’.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This is the campaign's opening statement and the most important post of the eight weeks. It shows no product for the first 12 seconds — it shows a feeling every owner has had. The reveal only lands because the problem was established first. Pin this post to the top of every profile for the whole campaign.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
It's 8:41 on a Tuesday. Your shop is closed. Your phone rings — and nobody's there to pick it up. That was a customer. That was money. And tomorrow morning, you'll never even know they called. Here's the version where somebody does answer. An AI that talks like a person, finds out what they need, checks your calendar, and books them in for Thursday. You wake up to a booked job instead of a missed call. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
8:41pm. Your phone rings. You're closed.
That call was worth about $300. And you'll never know it happened.
Most businesses lose more money to the calls nobody answered than to the ads that didn't work. It's quiet, it's invisible, and it happens every single night.
We built the thing that picks up. It has a real conversation, works out what they need, checks your calendar, and books them in — at 8pm, at midnight, on a Sunday.
You wake up to a booked job instead of a voicemail.
CALL TO ACTION
Comment “8PM” and I'll send you the 40-second recording of it actually happening.
How many calls do you think you miss in a week? Most owners guess 5. When we check, it's usually closer to 20. Drop your number and I'll tell you what it's costing you.
Slide 1: a phone screen, 14 unread DMs, timestamps all after 9pm. Slide 2: ‘Every one of these asked about your prices.’ Slide 3: ‘You answered them at 11am the next day.’ Slide 4: ‘By then, 6 had booked somewhere else.’ Slide 5: the maths — 6 × $150 = $900, every week. Slide 6: a Kyntlo inbox, all replied in under a minute, with booking links sent.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Carousels outperform video for saves, and saves are the strongest signal that a post reached the right person. This one is designed to be screenshotted and sent to a business partner — which is the highest-value share there is. The number on slide 5 is what makes it shareable.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Fourteen messages. All after nine at night. All asking about your prices. You answered them the next morning — and six of them had already booked somewhere else. That's nine hundred dollars, every week, sitting unread on your phone. An AI that replies in forty seconds doesn't get tired, doesn't sleep, and doesn't lose those six. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
14 unread DMs. All after 9pm. All asking about prices.
You'll answer them tomorrow at 11am. By then, six of them have booked somewhere that answered.
6 × $150 = $900. Every week. Gone quietly, without anyone noticing.
The businesses winning right now aren't better. They're just faster.
Ours replies in about 40 seconds — with the right price, for the right service, and a link to book. At 11pm. On a Sunday.
CALL TO ACTION
Swipe through, then check your own DMs. How many are still sitting there?
The uncomfortable part: your competitor isn't better than you. They just replied first. Response time beats quality more often than any of us want to admit.
A row of appointment slots on a calendar. One by one, three of them turn grey and vanish with a soft sound. Text: ‘28% no-show rate.’ Then a reminder text animates onto a phone. The slots turn solid again. Text: ‘11%.’
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Clinics, salons and med spas feel no-shows as a personal insult, which makes this emotionally charged content. The visual of slots disappearing is instantly legible with no sound, which matters because most feed viewing is muted. Keep it under 20 seconds — completion rate is what gets it distributed.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Three empty chairs. Three people who said they'd come and didn't. That's not a patient problem — that's a reminder problem. One confirmation, one reminder the day before, one on the morning. No-shows drop from a quarter of your book to about one in ten. Same clients. Same calendar. Just a system that remembers so you don't have to. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
28% of your appointments don't show up.
That's not your clients being disrespectful. That's a reminder problem — and reminder problems are the easiest thing in the world to fix.
Confirmation when they book. Reminder 24 hours before. Nudge the morning of. Automatically, on every single appointment, without anyone remembering to do it.
Typical result: 28% → 11%.
On 40 appointments at $120, that's $720 a month you were losing to silence.
CALL TO ACTION
What's your no-show rate? Comment it below — I'll tell you what it's costing you a year.
The maths nobody does: a 28% no-show rate on a full book means you're working a four-day week and paying rent for five.
P04The Quote That DiedThe Leak · Single image + text · LinkedIn, IG, FB▼
THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
A plain, stark visual: a quote document with a date stamp, slowly fading and greying out. A counter in the corner ticks: Day 1... Day 5... Day 12... Day 30. Bottom line: ‘Nobody followed up.’
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This one is aimed at home services, roofing, property and B2B services. It performs best on LinkedIn where the audience skews toward people who send quotes. It is deliberately plain — no product, no logo until the end — because the discomfort is the point.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
You sent the quote. They said they'd think about it. That was thirty days ago. Nobody followed up, because everybody was busy. Half of all quotes close on the fourth or fifth contact — and almost nobody makes it past the first. A system that follows up on day two, day five, and day twelve doesn't get busy, doesn't feel awkward, and doesn't forget. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
You sent the quote 30 days ago.
They said they'd think about it. You said you'd follow up. Then Tuesday happened, and Wednesday, and now it's a month later and the quote is dead.
Here's the part that stings: most deals close on the 4th or 5th contact. Most businesses stop at the 1st.
Not because they're lazy — because following up feels awkward and there's always something more urgent.
So don't do it yourself. Day 2, day 5, day 12. Automatically. Politely. Every quote, every time.
CALL TO ACTION
How many open quotes are sitting in your inbox right now with no follow-up scheduled?
The follow-up nobody sends is the cheapest revenue in your business. It costs nothing. It just requires remembering — which is exactly the thing humans are worst at.
Scrolling fast through a contact list — hundreds of names blurring past. Freeze on a random one. Text: ‘Last visit: 8 months ago.’ Scroll again, freeze: ’11 months.’ Then a message composing itself on screen, personalised to that customer's last service, and a booking notification popping up.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This post generates the most DMs of any in the campaign, because every owner immediately thinks about their own list. It also sets up the Revenue Recovery Sprint offer, which is your best closing tool. Run this one as a paid ad too.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Scroll through your customer list. Really scroll. Every one of those people paid you once. Most of them would come back — they just haven't thought about you in eight months. Nobody's fault. Life happens. But three percent of them will book again if somebody simply asks, personally, referencing what they had last time. On five hundred old customers, that's fifteen bookings from a list you already own. Revenue you already earned once. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
Open your contacts. Scroll to a name you haven't thought about in a year.
They paid you once. They liked it. They just... drifted. No drama, no complaint — they got busy and you got busy.
There are probably 400 of them in there.
If 3% come back when someone messages them personally — mentioning what they had last time, not a generic blast — that's 12 bookings from a list you already own.
You don't need more leads. You need to finish the ones you have.
CALL TO ACTION
Comment “LIST” and I'll show you exactly how we run this on a database in one week.
Each slide is one login screen — CRM, booking app, email tool, website builder, texting tool, review tool. Slide 7 collapses all six into a single Kyntlo Hub dashboard. Sound design: six separate notification chimes, then one clean tone.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This is the fragmentation pain made visual and physical. It performs especially well with agency owners and operations managers who feel it hourly. The six chimes are the reason it works — use sound deliberately here.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Six logins. Six passwords. Six invoices. Six support teams who each blame the other five. And between every one of them, a gap where a customer falls through. Your CRM doesn't know about the booking. The booking doesn't know about the invoice. The invoice doesn't know about the review request. So you become the integration — copying, pasting, and remembering. One platform. One login. One bill. Everything talking to everything else. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
Count your logins.
CRM. Booking app. Email tool. Texting tool. Website builder. Review tool.
Six passwords, six invoices, six support teams — and six gaps between them where customers quietly fall through.
Your booking app doesn't tell your CRM. Your CRM doesn't trigger the invoice. Nothing asks for the review.
So you become the integration. Copying, pasting, remembering.
That's not a software problem. That's your Tuesday.
CALL TO ACTION
How many tools are you paying for right now? Count them honestly and put the number below.
Average answer when we ask this on audits: seven tools, $600–$2,400 a month, and none of them connected. Nobody plans it. It just accumulates.

THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
Split screen: left is a phone showing an incoming call at 9:42pm; right is the Kyntlo interface showing the live transcript building line by line. Highlight window follows the transcript. Ends on the calendar with the new appointment appearing. All personal data blurred.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This is your single strongest asset in the entire campaign. Nothing you write will do what letting people hear a machine book an appointment does. Do not add music over the call audio — let it be slightly raw. Raw is what makes it believable.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
This is a real call, at 9:42 at night. Listen to what happens. It answers. It asks what's wrong. It gets the address. It checks the calendar. And it books them in for Thursday morning — all before anyone on the team wakes up. No voicemail. No callback list. No lost job. This is what your phone could be doing tonight. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
This is a real call at 9:42pm. Sound on.
It answers. Asks what the problem is. Gets the address. Checks the calendar. Books Thursday 10am. Sends a confirmation text.
Nobody on the team was awake.
That call would have been a voicemail. Voicemails become callbacks. Callbacks become “actually we found someone else.”
This is the difference between a phone that rings and a phone that works.
CALL TO ACTION
Want to hear it answer YOUR business? DM “CALL” and we'll set it up on a test number this week.
Everyone asks the same question: does it sound robotic? Turn the sound on and judge for yourself. That's why we posted the raw call instead of describing it.
A WhatsApp thread on screen. Customer types “do you have anything Saturday?” The AI replies with real availability. Customer says “2pm works.” Confirmation appears. Cut to the calendar — the appointment is there. Highlight window on each step.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
The magic here is that there is no booking page, no link, no form. Just a conversation that ends in a confirmed appointment. That is genuinely different from what most people have seen, and it is the clearest demonstration of ‘AI that does work’ rather than ‘AI that suggests things’.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Watch this. She asks if there's anything Saturday. It checks the real calendar and offers two times. She picks two o'clock. Done — booked, confirmed, and on the schedule. No link. No form. No back and forth. She never left the conversation she was already in. That's the difference between a chatbot and something that actually does the job. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
“Do you have anything Saturday?”
Watch what happens next. No booking link. No form. No “let me check and get back to you.”
It checks the real calendar, offers two times, she picks one, it's booked and confirmed — inside the same WhatsApp conversation she was already in.
Every extra step between “I'm interested” and “I'm booked” loses people. This removes all of them.
CALL TO ACTION
Which channel do most of your bookings come through — WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone? Curious what people say.
A phone rings and is declined. A timer appears in the corner: 1... 5... 12 seconds. A text lands on the caller's phone: “Hi, sorry we missed you — what can we help with?” The caller replies. A conversation begins. Timer stops.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
The simplest, cheapest feature you have and the fastest ROI to explain. This post should run as a paid ad in every market. Twelve seconds is the whole hook — make the timer the hero of the visual.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Missed call. Twelve seconds later, they get a text. Not a voicemail nobody checks — an actual message they can reply to right there. And most of them do. That's a dead call turned into a live conversation, automatically, for less than the price of a text message. It's the cheapest thing in the whole platform and it pays for itself in a week. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
You missed the call. 12 seconds later, they got a text.
“Sorry we missed you — what can we help with?”
They reply. Now it's a conversation instead of a voicemail nobody will ever listen to.
Costs less than a cent. Recovers hundreds.
If you do one thing to your business this month, do this one.
CALL TO ACTION
Try it right now — call your own business and don't answer. What happens? Tell me below.
Start with five phone apps opening and closing rapidly — Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, email — each with unread badges. Then a smooth transition to one Kyntlo inbox where all five conversation types sit in a single thread list, each labelled with its source icon.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
The emotional payload here is relief, not excitement. Front desk staff and owner-operators feel this one physically. Use calmer music than the other Proof posts and slow the pacing slightly — the contrast between chaos and calm is the message.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Instagram. WhatsApp. Messenger. Text messages. Email. Five apps, five notification sounds, and one person trying to keep track of all of it. Now watch. Every message, every channel, one screen — with the full history of that customer sitting right next to it. Your front desk stops app-switching and starts actually helping people. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
Five apps. Five notification sounds. One exhausted person trying to keep up.
And the worst part: no one can see the full picture. Someone messages on Instagram Monday, texts on Wednesday, and calls on Friday — and to your team, that's three strangers.
One inbox. Every channel. Full history attached to every person.
Your team stops switching apps and starts actually helping people.
CALL TO ACTION
How many apps does your front desk have open right now? Be honest.
A contact record opens: last visit 9 weeks ago, service ‘balayage’. A message composes itself referencing the exact service and the timing. It sends. Cut to a booking notification arriving. Then a counter: 500 contacts → 14 bookings → $2,100.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This post carries the highest commercial intent in the campaign because it ends on a revenue number, not a feature. Put the strongest budget behind this one when you turn on paid ads. It is also your best DM-generator.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Nine weeks since her last appointment. The system notices, and writes to her about the exact service she had — not a blast, not a discount code to everyone, a real message about her. She books. Do that across five hundred old customers and you get fourteen bookings and two thousand one hundred dollars, from a list that was already sitting in your phone doing nothing. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
9 weeks since her last appointment. Nobody noticed. Until now.
The system spots the gap, writes a message about the exact service she had last time, and sends it. She books.
Run that across 500 dormant customers: 14 bookings, roughly $2,100 — from a list you already own.
No ads. No new leads. No cold outreach. Just finishing what you already started.
CALL TO ACTION
DM “RECOVER” — we'll run this on your database for one week and show you exactly what comes back.
Job marked complete → invoice sends with a pay link → payment received → review request goes out next morning → 5-star review lands → AI drafts a personalised reply → owner taps approve. One continuous flow, no cuts, highlight window following each step.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Showing the entire loop uncut is the point — it demonstrates that these are not six separate features but one connected motion. That connectedness is Kyntlo's core claim, and this is the clearest possible proof of it.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Job's finished. The invoice goes out on its own with a payment link. They pay. Next morning, a review request lands — and when the review comes in, the reply is already written for you. All you do is tap approve. Six things that used to be six jobs on someone's list, happening on their own, in order, every single time. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
Job done → invoice sent → paid → review requested → review left → reply drafted → you tap approve.
No one remembered to do any of it. That's the point.
Most businesses are excellent at the work and terrible at everything that happens after it. That gap is where your reputation and your cash flow both live.
This is one continuous motion, not six separate jobs on someone's to-do list.
CALL TO ACTION
When did you last ask a happy customer for a review? Genuinely — when?
A dark bedroom, a phone face-down on a nightstand. Timestamp: 2:07am. A soft notification glow. Cut to the morning — the owner picks up the phone and sees: ‘New appointment booked — 2:07am.’ Their face reacts.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Pure emotional payoff, minimal explanation. Perfect for TikTok and Reels where the algorithm rewards completion and reaction. This is the post most likely to get shared into a business owner WhatsApp group, which is the distribution you actually want in Ring 1 and 2.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Two in the morning. You're asleep. Someone found your business, asked a question, got an answer, and booked an appointment. You'll find out about it over coffee. That's not a feature — that's a whole night shift you didn't have to hire, didn't have to pay, and didn't have to manage. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
2:07am. You're asleep.
Someone found you, asked a question, got a proper answer, and booked an appointment.
You found out over coffee.
That's not automation. That's a night shift you never had to hire, pay, or manage.
CALL TO ACTION
What time do you actually stop working? Comment the honest answer.
The number that surprised us most: roughly a third of all bookings through the AI happen outside business hours. That's a third of revenue most businesses simply never see.
One tool per slide with its real logo, its category, and its real monthly price. Slide 7: the total, $2,488, in large type. Slide 8: the Kyntlo logo and ‘from $90’. Slow, deliberate pacing — let each price land.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This is your most persuasive single asset and it should be repeated in some form roughly every three weeks for as long as the brand exists. It works because it is verifiable — every price is public. Never round the numbers up; accuracy is what makes it undeniable.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Add it up with me. CRM, ninety-nine. Funnels, ninety-seven. Website, twenty-nine. Forms, twenty-five. Email marketing, forty-nine. Texting, forty-nine. Booking, fifteen. Automation, twenty-nine. P1518 Hours a WeekThe Math · Reel · 30s · IG, TikTok, LinkedIn▼
THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
A week-view calendar filling up with grey admin blocks: returning calls, answering DMs, booking, reminders, invoicing, chasing reviews, building the report. Then the blocks disappear one by one. What remains: white space. Text: ‘18 hours. Every week.’
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Money persuades the head; time persuades the heart. This post reaches the owner who is not primarily price-driven but is genuinely exhausted — which is most of them. End on the white space, not on the product.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Returning missed calls: five hours. Answering messages: six. Booking and rescheduling: four. Reminders: three. Invoicing: three. Chasing reviews: two. Building the weekly report: two. That's twenty-five hours a week your team spends on admin — and about eighteen of them don't need a human at all. Eighteen hours. That's two and a half working days, back, every week. What would you do with them? Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
Add up the admin.
Returning missed calls — 5 hrs
Answering messages — 6 hrs
Booking and rescheduling — 4 hrs
Reminders — 3 hrs
Invoicing — 3 hrs
Chasing reviews — 2 hrs
Weekly report — 2 hrs
25 hours a week. Around 18 of them need no human at all.
That's two and a half working days a week, back.
Most owners don't need more revenue. They need Tuesday back.
CALL TO ACTION
What would you do with 18 hours a week? Genuinely curious — tell me below.
We asked 30 owners this. Nobody said “more work.” Most said sleep, family, or actually thinking about the business for once.

THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
A stark chart: response time on the X axis (1 min, 1 hr, 4 hrs, 24 hrs), conversion rate on the Y axis, dropping steeply. One line, no decoration. Kyntlo's average marked at 40 seconds.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
LinkedIn's audience responds to data-shaped content. This is the most 'business case' post in the campaign and the one most likely to be shared by agency owners and operations people — exactly the partner audience you want to recruit.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
The lead that waits an hour is worth a fraction of the lead that waits a minute. Wait four hours and most of them are gone. Wait until tomorrow and you're not competing anymore — you're just following up on someone else's customer. Speed isn't a nice-to-have. It's most of the outcome. Forty seconds, every time, on every channel. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
The single most under-priced variable in small business: response time.
Reply in a minute and you're the front runner. Reply in four hours and you're a follow-up. Reply tomorrow and you're chasing someone else's customer.
Nothing about your service changed. Only the clock did.
Most businesses average hours. Ours averages about 40 seconds — across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and email.
That's not a feature. That's the whole game.
CALL TO ACTION
What's your average first-response time? Not your best — your average.
Worth testing on yourself: submit a form on your own website right now and time it. Most owners are genuinely shocked.
P17Wholesale. No Markup. Here It Is.The Math · Reel · 25s · IG, TikTok, LinkedIn▼
THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
The actual pricing page scrolling, slowly, showing the published usage rates: $0.00135 per email, $0.0158 per SMS segment, $0.028 per call minute, $0.04 per AI message. No animation, no effects. Just the page.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Radical transparency is genuinely rare in this category and it makes an unusually strong trust post. The lack of production value is deliberate — it reads as honest rather than marketed. Pair this with the pricing page link everywhere.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Here's every usage rate we charge, published on our website, where anyone can see them. A cent and a bit per email. A cent and a half per text. Under three cents a call minute. Four cents per AI message. Wholesale, with no markup on top. Not because we're generous — because we'd rather you trusted the bill than wondered about it. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.

Email → $0.00135
SMS → $0.0158 per segment
Calls → $0.028/min
AI conversation → $0.04/message
Wholesale. No markup.
Most platforms in this space mark usage up 2–4× and bury it in a plan you can't audit.
We'd rather you trusted the bill than wondered about it.
CALL TO ACTION
Check what your current provider charges per message. Then compare. That's the whole post.
Slide 1: ‘$490/month. Here's what that is.’ Slides 2–4: three comparisons — vs. one part-time receptionist ($1,600), vs. the 12-tool stack ($2,488), vs. one lost job a week ($1,200). Slide 5: ‘And it works nights.’
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Reframing price against alternatives the buyer already accepts is the oldest and most reliable pricing technique there is. Never defend the price — compare it. The receptionist comparison is the one that lands hardest with owner-operators.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Four hundred and ninety dollars a month. Compared to what? A part-time receptionist is sixteen hundred, and goes home at five. The software you're already running is two and a half thousand, and none of it talks to each other. One job lost a week is twelve hundred, and you never even see it happen. Four ninety. Working nights, weekends, and every hour you're not. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
“$490 a month is a lot.”
Compared to what?
A part-time receptionist: ~$1,600/month. Goes home at 5.
Your current software stack: ~$2,488/month. Doesn't connect.
One lost job a week: ~$1,200/month. You never even see it.
$490. Works nights, weekends, and every hour you don't.
Price is only ever a question of “compared to what.”
CALL TO ACTION
Which of those three are you currently paying for without realising it?
The comparison that changes the conversation every time: this costs less than a part-time hire and never calls in sick.

THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
Boush, straight to camera, no script on a teleprompter, in the actual office. Natural light. Minimal cuts. Kyntlo wordmark only at the very end. Subtitles burned in.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
You cannot build trust with a logo. Founder-led video outperforms brand video by a wide margin in this category, and this post is the one that converts followers into people who take a call from you. Do not over-produce it — slightly rough is more credible.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
I kept watching the same thing happen. Really good businesses — people who are excellent at what they do — losing customers for reasons that had nothing to do with their work. A call at eight at night. A message nobody saw. A customer who drifted away and nobody noticed. None of that is a talent problem. It's a systems problem. So we built the system. That's it. I kept seeing the same thing: genuinely excellent businesses losing customers for reasons that had nothing to do with the quality of their work.
A call at 8pm. A DM nobody saw. A customer who drifted and nobody noticed.
That's not a talent problem. It's a systems problem — and systems problems are solvable.
So we built the system. That's the whole story.

THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
Sped-up screen recording of a real account build: channels connecting, calendar configuring, workflows assembling, AI being trained on the business's FAQs, a test call being made. Timestamps in the corner showing real elapsed time. Client details blurred.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
This post kills the single biggest objection in your entire sales process — ‘I don't have time to set this up.’ It also demonstrates competence better than any claim could, and it doubles as a partner-recruitment asset.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
This is a real account being built. We connect the phone, the WhatsApp, the Instagram. Set up the calendar with their real availability. Build the follow-up sequences. Then we teach the AI their services, their prices, their questions — and test it until it doesn't get anything wrong. The owner does one call with us and one hour of training. Four short clips or four photos — Boush, Keroles, Ahmed, Mahmoud — each with their name, what they actually do, and one line about what they care about. Shot in the real office in New Cairo, not stock imagery.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Removes the ‘is this a real company?’ doubt, which is the specific doubt a business in Dubai or London has about a platform they found on Instagram. Also makes every subsequent DM feel like it comes from a person rather than a brand account.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
There are four of us. Boush builds the AI. Keroles builds the automations that run behind everything. Ahmed talks to every client before they sign — and from week 3 a dedicated closer does, with Ahmed behind him. And Mahmoud makes sure you actually hear about us. WHY THIS POST EXISTS
The most credible thing you can publish is a customer's face and voice. Rough phone footage outperforms polished production here because polish reads as an advertisement. Collect one of these from every client at day 30, every time, without exception.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
(Client speaking) “Honestly I thought it would be complicated. The thing that surprised me was how fast people get an answer now — even at night. We stopped losing the evening enquiries completely. And I'm not on my phone at eleven o'clock replying to DMs anymore.”
CAPTION
We asked [Client] what actually changed. This is what they said, unedited.

WHY THIS POST EXISTS

WHY THIS POST EXISTS
The tool-fatigue post. It is the one that makes an owner add up their subscriptions for the first time, and it sets up every pricing post that follows. No product demo — this post is arithmetic and recognition.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Landing pages in one place. Your CRM somewhere else. A calendar that does not know about either. Chat in a fourth app, automations in a fifth, and reporting you build by hand on a Sunday. CAPTION
Count your logins. Go on.
Most owners we audit are paying for six tools and using about half of each one. The website builder does not know who booked. The calendar does not know who paid. The chat does not know who they are.
So you become the integration. You copy things between tabs. You remember what the software forgot.
One connected environment: pages, CRM, calendars, chat, automations, reporting. Your team sees the same thing you see.
Fewer invoices. Considerably fewer tabs.

P26The Bot That Knows When To StopThe Proof · Reel / Short · 28s · IG, TikTok, FB, Shorts▼
THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
Screen recording of a real web chat. A customer asks an ordinary question and the agent answers it well. Then the customer asks something it should not answer — a refund, a medical question, a custom price. The agent says it is getting a person, and on the right of the frame a phone lights up with the full conversation attached. Timestamp overlay: 14 seconds.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Every owner's real fear is not that the AI fails to reply. It is that it replies confidently with something wrong to their customer. The escalation demo answers that fear directly, and it converts better than any demo of a perfect answer. Playbook 03 §05 is explicit about this.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Here is the part nobody demos. The bot answers the easy question — fine, everyone can do that. Now watch what happens when it gets asked something it has no business answering. It stops. It says a person will come. And it hands the whole conversation over, with everything the customer already said, to somebody who actually knows. Fourteen seconds. The customer never repeats themselves. That is not a limitation. That is the whole design.
CAPTION
“What if it says something wrong to my customer?”
Good. That is the right question, and it is the one we designed around.
The agent has a list of things it does not touch: prices it cannot confirm, complaints, anything it was not given. When one of those comes up it does not improvise. It says a person is coming, and it hands over the full conversation.
A human picks it up with the context already there. The customer never starts again.
An AI that knows its limit is worth more than one that does not.
CALL TO ACTION
Ask it something it should not answer. Comment “STOP” and I will send you the unedited clip of it refusing.
The question we get asked most in audits is some version of “how do I stop it embarrassing me?” The answer is that you write the list of things it does not answer before you switch it on. We do that with you in week one.

THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
Founder to camera, no set, no music. The commission tiers appear as plain text beside them as each one is said. End card: the published pricing page on screen, then the wordmark.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
A recruitment post for partners, agencies and commission-only telesales agents — and a trust post for everyone else, because stating the payout publicly is the same argument as publishing the usage rates. It also filters: people who want a base salary self-select out before they apply.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
If you already talk to salon owners, or clinics, or plumbers — this is for you. Bring us subscribers and you keep thirty per cent of the first payment. Past ten, it is forty. Past twenty-five, it is fifty. Plus ten per cent recurring for twelve months on every one of them. Paid monthly, on time, no exceptions. Our prices are published, so you never have to defend a number you did not set. You are not selling software. You are booking a free audit for a business that is leaking enquiries, and we do the rest.
CAPTION
We pay more for the first payment than most platforms pay in a year.
30% of the first payment on your first nine subscribers. 40% from ten. 50% past twenty-five. Plus 10% recurring for twelve months on all of them.
Why structure it that way? Because it is honest about where the work is. The hard part is the first conversation, so that is where the money is.
Everything we charge is published on the site, so you are never guessing at a price or defending one.
You book audits. We close, deliver and support.
CALL TO ACTION
If you already have the trust of business owners in one niche, send me a message with the niche. That is the whole application.
To be straight about it: this is commission-only. No base, no retainer. If that is a problem it is genuinely not the right fit, and I would rather say so here than after a call.

THE POST — WHAT YOU SEE
Split screen. Left: a customer on a sofa at 8:11pm, picking a slot on a booking page. Right: three staff calendars, and the booking drops into the one that is actually free. Cut to the next morning — the staff member opens their phone to a booked day they did not build.
WHY THIS POST EXISTS
Closes the loop the campaign opened with P01. P01 showed the missed call; this shows the booking landing in a real person's real calendar. It is also the post that makes the round-robin routing visible, which is the thing owners with more than two staff always ask about.
VOICEOVER SCRIPT
Eight eleven on a Tuesday. She is on the sofa, and she is ready to book now — not tomorrow, when she will have forgotten. She picks Thursday at two. It checks who is actually free, and it books her with them. Not a request. Not a callback. A booking, in somebody's real calendar, with the reminder already scheduled. Your team wakes up to a day that filled itself. Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.
CAPTION
The booking that happens at 8pm is the one you were never going to get.
Not because you are bad at your job — because you were having dinner.
Real availability, per staff member. It knows who is working, who is already booked, and how much notice each person needs. The booking goes to whoever is genuinely free, and the reminders come from them, not from a no-reply address.
Nobody on your team had to do anything. That is the point.
CALL TO ACTION
What time do your enquiries actually come in? Check your phone and comment the hour that surprises you.
Look at your own enquiry times for last week. For most of the businesses we audit the busiest hour is between 7 and 9pm — which is exactly when nobody is there.

Paid ground rules
Start at $20/day per ad set. Three ad sets maximum. Kill anything below a 1% click-through rate after 5,000 impressions.
Never run a cold ad to the pricing page. Cold traffic goes to the Growth Audit booking page or a vertical landing page — never straight to a price.
Retargeting is where the money is. Build audiences from video viewers, site visitors and Instagram engagers from week 1, even before you spend anything. The pool is the asset.
No income guarantees in any creative. “One client saw X” is fine. “You will earn X” gets accounts banned.
Run vertical-specific creative. One ad that says “businesses” converts worse than three ads that say “salons”, “clinics” and “plumbers”.
Keep a second ad account warm. Ad accounts get restricted for reasons that make no sense. Have a backup before you need one.

Instagram
Salons, med spas, clinics, gyms, restaurants — your core Ring 1 & 2 buyers
Reels under 30s, carousels, screen recordings, before/after. Stories daily with polls and question stickers.
Reels 15–30s · captions 60–150 words
Every 48 hours + daily stories
Post the same caption everywhere. Rewrite the first line per platform.
TikTok
Younger owners, salons, fitness, restaurants; strong in Gulf and Egypt
Raw, unpolished, hook in the first 1.5 seconds. Screen recordings do unusually well. Trending audio helps but is not required.
15–35s
Every 48 hours, plus extra if a clip is working
Over-produce. Polish reads as an ad and gets skipped.
LinkedIn
Agencies, multi-site operators, clinic groups, Ring 3 buyers, partners
Text posts with a strong first line, carousels (document posts), data and case studies. Founder profiles massively outperform the company page.
800–1,300 characters
The 2 strongest posts each week, from personal profiles
Post from the company page only. Nobody engages with logos.
Facebook
Home services, older owners, local groups — still dominant in Egypt and much of the Gulf
Longer posts, local groups, video. Groups are where the actual buyers are, not the page.
100–250 words
Every 48 hours + daily group activity
Sell in groups before you have contributed for two weeks. You will be removed.
YouTube
High-intent searchers, Ring 3, and AI-search citation
Long-form feature walkthroughs (5–12 min), full setup tutorials, case-study breakdowns. Shorts as the top of the funnel.
Shorts <60s · long-form 5–12 min
1 long + 3 shorts per week
Expect fast returns. This compounds from month 6 onward.
WhatsApp Status
Everyone in Ring 1 & 2 — genuinely under-used by competitors
Short clips, client wins, behind the scenes. Direct-to-buyer, zero algorithm.
Under 30s
Daily
Broadcast to people who never opted in.
The multiplier nobody uses: one screen recording becomes a Reel, a TikTok, a
Short, a LinkedIn video, a WhatsApp status, three carousel slides, a section of a case study, an ad creative, and
an email. Film once, publish nine times. That is how a four-person team looks like a content department.
14
Hashtag Bank
Build each post's tag set from three groups: 3–5 niche tags, 3–5 problem tags, 2–3 brand
and location tags. Roughly 10–15 total on Instagram, 3–5 on TikTok, 3 or fewer on LinkedIn.
Niche sets — copy the block for the audience you are targeting
Rotate. Using an identical hashtag block on every post reduces reach.
Keep the brand tags fixed and change 60% of the rest each time. Never use a hashtag with over 5 million posts —
you will not be seen. The best-performing tags for you sit between 10k and 500k posts.
15
Screen Recording SOP
The standard operating procedure for every screen recording, so the twelfth video looks like the
first and anyone on the team can produce one.
Before you press record
Task checklist
✓Use a dedicated demo account with realistic, populated data — never an empty account and never a live client account.
✓Populate it with believable names, plausible appointment times, and a filled calendar. Empty screens destroy credibility.
✓Close every other tab. Check the browser tab title and any bookmark bar for third-party names.
✓Turn off all system and browser notifications. One Slack popup ruins a take.
✓Set browser zoom so text is legible on a phone screen — usually 110–125%.
✓Record at 1920×1080 minimum. Deliver at 1920px wide, not 2560px.
✓Hide the URL bar or confirm it reads kyntlo.ai or hub.kyntlo.ai.
✓Plan the exact click path and rehearse it once. Hesitation is visible and unfixable in the edit.
✓Know your first sentence before you start. The first 1.5 seconds decide whether the video is watched.
While recording
Rule
Why
Move the mouse deliberately and slowly
Fast, jittery cursor movement is the most common thing that makes a demo feel amateur.
Pause 1 second before and after every click
Gives you clean edit points and lets the viewer follow.
Never narrate what the viewer can see
Say why it matters, not what is on screen. 'This saves your front desk twenty minutes' beats 'now I click on calendar'.
Show the outcome before the mechanism
Result first, then how. Always.
Do one thing per recording
One feature, one outcome, one video. Compound demos confuse.
Record 20% more than you need
Extra footage saves edits. Re-recording costs a day.
Keep the raw takes
They become ads, shorts, carousels and training material later.

Intro
Built from Kyntlo brand assets — white transparent wordmark only. No coloured monogram. Under 2 seconds.
Highlight window
A spotlight on whatever the voiceover is explaining, everything else dimmed. Applied throughout the entire video, not just at the start.
Subtitles
Burned in, always. Space Grotesk, high contrast, bottom third.
Music
Audible under the voice, energetic, never overpowering. Duck under the voiceover, rise between lines.
Pacing
Faster than feels comfortable. Cut every pause, every mouse hesitation, every loading spinner.
Privacy
All names, numbers, emails and addresses blurred. Check every frame, including hover states and tooltips.
Outro
Wordmark, 'Own Tomorrow', kyntlo.ai, Support@kyntlo.ai. Voiceover closes on 'Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.'
Deliverables per recording
1 landscape 1920px master · 1 vertical 1080×1920 cut · 3 clips under 20s for Reels and TikTok · 1 silent GIF for emails and pages
The voiceover formula
1. THE PAIN (5s) — name the moment they recognise
2. THE TURN (2s) — "here's what happens instead"
3. THE DEMO (20–40s) — narrate why, never what
4. THE NUMBER (5s) — hours or money, specific
5. THE CLOSE (3s) — "Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow."
Tone direction for the voice artist or AI voice: energetic, optimistic, warm.
Slightly faster than conversational. Confident but never salesy — the tone of someone showing a friend something
genuinely useful, not someone reading an advertisement.

✓1920px wide, landscape for YouTube and LinkedIn; 1080×1920 vertical cut for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
✓Highlight window on whatever the voiceover is explaining — the rest of the screen dimmed. Applied throughout, not just once.
✓All client names, phone numbers, emails and addresses blurred in every frame. Check the browser tab title and notification popups too.
✓No third-party platform name visible anywhere — URL bar, tab title, notification, settings screen, or logo.
✓Subtitles burned in on every video. Most of your audience watches muted.
✓Music audible under the voiceover — present, not overpowering.
✓Intro and outro built from Kyntlo brand assets: white transparent wordmark, no coloured monogram.
✓Every video closes on the voiceover line 'Kyntlo. Own Tomorrow.'
✓Hook in the first 1.5 seconds. If the first frame is a logo, the post is already dead.

Header
Cadence: two batch production days per month
Weekly batch day — a 48-hour cadence cannot be fed twice a month
Version 2.1 — 24 September 2026 — alignment with the 90-Day OS (task S11).
§17 Production Playbook
“All 24 posts”; two batch days a month; Boush + Keroles record, Boush / Ahmed on camera
28 posts; one batch day a week producing 3–4 posts; Keroles records on Boush’s clean account; Ahmed is the main face, Boush one technical clip a month
The one change to read twice: the commission structure. Version 1 offered partners 20% recurring for the life of the account plus $100 per Launch Build. Version 2 pays 30%, 40% or 50% of the first payment depending on volume, plus 10% recurring for twelve months. Anyone who was pitched the old terms has to be told, in writing, before they sign.
